Enroll as a Medi-Cal provider with the California DHCS today
If you don’t enroll, your Magellan* claims for Medi-Cal recipients will be denied.
For your Magellan claims for Medi-Cal members to be paid, it’s vital that you enroll with the California Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) and let us know your enrollment is in process as soon as possible.
Unfortunately, if you don’t become enrolled with the California DHCS, your Magellan claims for services provided to Medi-Cal recipients will be denied.

If you’ve started registration with California DHCS or have been enrolled by another Managed Care Organization (MCO), notify Magellan immediately at [email protected].
Be sure to include the confirmation notice from DHCS that your application was received or relevant MCO documentation of the same.
