Provider Profile features to retire in May
What’s happening
Provider Profile features — such as personal statement and photos — will no longer be available on MagellanProvider.com.
Why
Due to system changes, the member-facing provider search tools no longer connect with these features. To avoid displaying outdated or incomplete information, we removed them.
We know this matters
These tools have been a meaningful way for providers to share information, and we’re sorry they’re no longer supported.
What's not changing
Your core practice information — licensing, specialties, hours, locations and contact information — remains available to members through the provider directory using information from the Provider Data Change Form.
Our commitment
Accurate, up‑to‑date provider information continues to be a priority as we work to ensure members can find the care they need. Magellan will remove references to the Provider Profile from the Magellan National Provider Handbook and related supplements in the annual update (November 2026).
